Retreat Itinerary

Day One

Check in from 3pm and take some time to explore the estate and beautiful surroundings.  Your evening begins with a soothing group yoga session to kick off your weekend with a new you. Follow it up with a mouthwatering and nutritional dinner with dessert made fresh onsite.

Day Two

Saturday starts with a light breakfast of local bagels and condiments, followed by a meditation session with the gorgeous and wise Nadia. The rest of the morning is free to explore the town centre or a dip in one of the wood fire hot tubs.

A two-course long lunch at one of the regions finest restaurants comes next, before you’re back at the retreat where a light, gourmet grazing board awaits you for dinner.

Day Three
