What started as one dreamy weekend in Dunsborough has grown into The Holistic Hen—Australia’s go-to for beautifully curated, retreat-style escapes for women who need a break (and a good laugh, a good soak, and a good glass of wine).
Founded in 2018, The Holistic Hen began with a simple idea: create affordable, feel-good weekends for busy women who crave connection, relaxation, and a little bit of coastal magic.
Since then, we’ve expanded to offer 14 unique packages across Australia and Bali—each one designed to take the stress out of planning and put the fun back into your weekend.
Meet Jasmine

Jasmine created The Holistic Hen after noticing a gap in the market—women were craving more than just a party weekend. They wanted something affordable, easy to organise and that left the group feeling refreshed and connected. Backed by a degree in Tourism Management and over 20 years of experience in the travel industry— Jasmine knew exactly how to blend experiences that felt both fun and effortless.
She launched The Holistic Hen with one dreamy weekend in Dunsborough, and it quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, Jasmine runs the business alongside her high school bestie Amanda blending industry know-how with a bit of wellness and creativity.
